1. DAY: Arrival, trip to Babič mill and tour of Prlekija Republic
Arrival to Murska Sobota in Hotel Zvezda *** around 12:00. Accommodation in rooms. After a welcome drink lunch in ZVEZDA *** follows. After lunch we head towards Veržej, where we visit famous Babič Mill on the Mura river. After visiting Babič mill head on to visit Our Republic of Prlekija on the beautiful Jeruzalem. Wine tasting at the House Malek follows. Satisfied and in good spirits, we leave the place to head towards hotel ZVEZDA***, where we enjoy good music and (optional) dinner in the Restaurant ZVZEDA*** and we celebrate late into the night.
2. DAY: A stroll through Murska Sobota and tour of oil mill in Mele
Breakfast at the restaurant ZVEZDA ***. After breakfast, a projection of a movie about the Republic of Prekmurje follows and guided tour (optional) through Murska Sobota, where you’ll find attractions and features of this Prekmurian town and its history. After a walk we enjoy a short pause with at great cup of coffee on the terrace of the hotel. After the break we head towards Mele, where we visit the oil mill and taste some of their specialties. Your tour of Pomurje finishes with cold cuts on a rustic farm Kostanj.
